    Returns Conditions (accepted under the following circumstances):

    • 1. Damaged Product in Transit, not Man-made Destroy

    • 2. Manufacturers Defect(such as wavy canvas, cratches, or fading)

      • a. If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to ihappywall@gmail.com
      • b. For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 48 hours of order delivery. 
    • 3. Not As Described

      • If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a return for a full refund.
    • 4. Product Lost in Transit

      • If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.

    Refund Method

    • 1. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, we unfortunately that can’t offer you a refund.

    • 2. Each return should be accompanied by a return conditions.

    • 3. The refund shall be issued on their card or PayPal from which order was paid for and is generally done within 7 business days.

  • What is mirror border?

    The mirror wrap option reflects your image over the canvas border.

  • I order an unframed canvas, what other materials and tools do I need to finish the artwork?

    You can stretch it in local frame store or you can get the stretcher bars, canvas plier, staple gun kit to finish it.

  • Does hanging hardwares attached?

    The hanging hardwares attached only for framed canvas prints.

  • What file format images can I upload for printing?

    Our website uploader accepts JPEG or PNG.

  • Can I request a special size made?

    Yes, if your ideal size isn't in the size template, please contact us to offer a customize size.

  • Will you retouch the photos before printing?

    We retouch the photos only by your special request and check it with you before printing. Or we'll print it directly.

  • How long does it take to receive my canvas print?

    Our items are made to order, your item will be sent out within 2 work days, and the estimated delivery time is 7-15 days.

  • How do I change the shipping address on my order?

    Please contact us ASAP to update a new address, the shipping address can be changed only before item sent out.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can request to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped.

  • What about the payment security?

    All payments are processed through our secure online server, implementing the latest encryption technology to keep your financial information safe and sound.

  • My item never arrived, can you resend or refund it?

    Of course, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in advance. We'll arrange full refund or resend a new one to you for free.

  • My item has arrived and is damaged, could you resend or refund it?

    Yes, please send the picture of the damaged pictures you received to us. And free replacment or full refund will be arranged within 1 work day.

  • How long do refunds normally take?

    A refund request can take up to 24 business hours to approve. Once approved and actioned, a return of funds to you account generally takes between 4-5 business days.

  • Is expedited shipping available?

    The default courier is EMS, delivered in estimated 7-15 days.

  • What happens if I am not home when my item is delivered?

    All our Couriers have "Authority to leave". This means, they may leave the item in a safe place. If they do not think it is safe to leave an item, they will leave a calling card, and either deliver your order to the closest post office, or ask you to call then to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

  • Can I hang my artwork outside?

    Although our pieces have a UV limiting lamination on them, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, while we use a water-resistant coating it is not 100% waterproof.

  • Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?

    Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.

  • How do I clean/maintain my canvas?

    The best way to clean the canvas is with a soft duster. You can also use a damp cloth on the face of the canvas.
